GB Quality Services LLC (“GB Quality Services”, “we”, “us”) operates the website https://gbqualityservicesllc.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the site, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect information you submit voluntarily through our forms:

• Get in Touch / Contact: name, email, phone and your message.
• Request Staff: company, contact name, email, phone, trades and headcount requested, duration, start date, job site city and notes.
• Get a Quote: name, company, email, phone, service and type requested, project description and address.
• Job Application: name, email, phone, address, preferred language, position, certifications and skills, comments and an optional file (resume or certifications in PDF, JPG or PNG format, up to 10 MB).

We also collect limited technical data automatically: IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, used for security, spam prevention and to keep the site working.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, staffing request or quote request.
• To evaluate your job application and contact you about employment opportunities.
• To keep a record of our communication with clients and candidates.
• To protect the site against spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

Where your information goes

Every form you submit is sent by email to our company mailbox (info@gbqualityservicesllc.com) and kept there; the website itself does not store your submission in a database. Files you attach to a job application travel with that email as an attachment. Our email and web hosting providers process this data on our behalf. If a message cannot be delivered, a copy is kept temporarily in a private folder on our web server until our team retrieves it. Employment documents such as government ID are collected during onboarding, not through this website.

Spam protection and cookies

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions. Turnstile may set a cookie and process technical data according to Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Beyond that, the site uses only strictly necessary cookies. We do not use advertising cookies.

We may use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type and whether a form was submitted). It sets first-party analytics cookies. Advertising features, ad personalization and Google signals are disabled, and the content of your form submissions is never sent to Google Analytics. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Retention

We keep inquiry and quote emails for as long as needed to serve you and for our business records. Job applications and attached files are kept in our mailbox for up to two years unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@gbqualityservicesllc.com or calling (470) 900-5263. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
